gogripper.shop is operated by GoGripper Limited, registered in Hong Kong at 471 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong (BR No. — pending verification). In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to GoGripper Limited.
2. Products & descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and resistance ranges. GoGripper products are fitness and strength-training tools; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or rehabilitate any condition. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly.
3. Prices & currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery (see our Shipping & Delivery page).
4. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our PCI-compliant payment provider. The site is served over an encrypted connection and we do not store your full card details. Card payments may be subject to Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) by your bank.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns, refunds, cancellations and warranties by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
7. Warranty & safe use
Our products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page. Train sensibly, follow any included guidance, and build up resistance gradually. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss resulting from misuse, over-training, or use contrary to common sense or medical advice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding and imagery on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
