Why we started

GoGripper began in 2018 with a frustration shared by everyone who has tried to train their grip: the tools lie. A "100 lb" gripper from one brand closes nothing like a "100 lb" from another, plastic handles flex and slip, and cheap springs soften after a few months — so you can never tell whether you got stronger or your gripper got weaker.

We set out to fix that with a single principle: every tool we make is built to the same materials and the same tolerances. Knurled aluminum handles, hardened steel springs, calibrated resistance. When the number on the tool means the same thing every time, your progress becomes real.
