Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $39 USD. The exact shipping cost for your address is always calculated and shown before you pay. Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch and are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your estimated window has passed, contact us and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.

Customs, duties & taxes

Prices are shown in US Dollars and do not include any import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country on arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your local customs authority. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply). We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
