Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, refunds and warranty claims work.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in resaleable condition, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened Liquid Chalk cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@gogripper.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns without authorisation may be delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. The original shipping charge is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return shipping costs

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

Every GoGripper product carries a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (the term is shown on each product page, up to a lifetime warranty on adjustable frames). Warranty claims are free of charge — contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it falls under the return policy above.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
